What is CareSource Michigan?

CareSource is a nonprofit managed care plan that works with the state of Michigan to provide services to Medicaid consumers. How do you join CareSource?

To join CareSource, you must receive Michigan Medicaid. Your local Department of Human Services can tell you if you qualify. Then you must pick a doctor who is part of the CareSource network. For more information, please call Michigan Enrolls at 1-800-975-7630.
